We describe experiences from our first taste of the rugged world of adventure racing to high altitude mountain life. The individual aspiration and teamwork involved in these expeditions will be humorously discussed, as well as the unmentionables; different weeing methods favoured on skis and how many pairs of pants to bring. The rarely seen props and demonstrations are not to be missed. Using slides of our different adventures and our acclaimed self shot films "I can do that" and "Mansions in the sky" our talks aim to motivate others to expand their horizons.
